La introducci\u00f3n de los food trucks, concepto heredado de tradiciones de otros pa\u00edses, Estados Unidos principalmente, ha generado un nuevo tipo de mercado y, junto con \u00e9l, un nuevo tipo de mercadeo. El food truck Marketing, si podemos nombrarlo as\u00ed, es un modelo, sin dudas, exitoso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><em>Pong\u00e1moslo de esta forma<\/em><\/strong>: comida ambulante siempre ha existido, pero los food trucks combinan la innovaci\u00f3n con el dise\u00f1o, apuesta por tendencias y comida vanguardista o poco tradicional, para poder generar un impacto mayor en el p\u00fablico. \u00a0Adem\u00e1s de ser, en s\u00ed mismos, anuncios ambulantes de su producto, los food trucks basan mucho de su \u00e9xito en el marketing digital. Los due\u00f1os de los restaurantes sobre ruedas se valen de medios digitales y tienen una fuerte presencia en redes sociales para distribuir su marca; todo, desde publicar su ubicaci\u00f3n actual o fotos de sus clientes satisfechos, hasta compartir las experiencias de quienes trabajan ah\u00ed, es parte de lo que compone la imagen de un foot truck. En este caso, ya no s\u00f3lo se trata de la comida, sino de la experiencia y, como siempre se busca, de la unicidad de \u00e9sta. Casi como si se tratara de un aut\u00e9ntico Convoy, los food trucks se mueven en grupo y en grupo han avanzado hasta posicionarse como los nuevos favoritos de los j\u00f3venes. <\/span><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><b>El mundo del food truck marketing<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mucho del \u00e9xito del modelo de los foot trucks en a\u00f1os recientes, y su aparente proliferaci\u00f3n, se debe a la forma en como buscan acercarse a sus clientes. Al tratarse de un negocio en movimiento perpetuo por s\u00ed mismo, es normal que se busque un modelo de negocios que sea igual de din\u00e1mico. En este caso, la comunicaci\u00f3n digital, espec\u00edficamente las redes sociales, han sido grandes participes en esta explosi\u00f3n. Un ejemplo de esto es retratado casi a la perfecci\u00f3n en la pel\u00edcula Chef, en la que el chef de un reconocido restaurante decide invertir en su propio food truck y viajar en \u00e9l por Estados Unidos. En la pel\u00edcula el \u00e9xito real se debe no s\u00f3lo a la impecable comida del gastr\u00f3nomo, sino a que su hijo publica constantemente actualizaciones sobre el cami\u00f3n, ubicaci\u00f3n, videos sobre la vida en la carretera y las interacciones que tienen con los clientes. La pel\u00edcula no es nada ajena a la realidad. Facebook, Twitter, Swarm, Vine, YouTube y Yelp son algunas de las plataformas de las que los food trucks se valen, para poder promocionarse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/media.giphy.com\/media\/3ornk9qdyqBtHo9FIs\/giphy.gif\" alt=\"Food truck marketing\" width=\"320\" height=\"240\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El otro aspecto de suma importancia es el esfuerzo incesante por realizar un ejercicio de branding de gran impacto. Al final, la comida termina siendo el pretexto y la marca es la que queda posicionada en la mente del consumidor. Para lograr esto, el food truck marketing tiene que ser atrevido e innovador, no s\u00f3lo con la imagen de la empresa o de los productos, sino con el tipo de comida ofrecida. Mientras m\u00e1s \u00fanica sea la experiencia, el consumidor la buscar\u00e1 con mayor insistencia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quiz\u00e1s la falta de regulaci\u00f3n en algunos pa\u00edses podr\u00eda parecer contraproducente para el \u00e9xito de los food trucks, pero esta situaci\u00f3n ha generado la \u00a0b\u00fasqueda constante de espacios en d\u00f3nde colocarse. Los food trucks suelen relacionarse con eventos grandes, como ferias, bazares, festivales y dem\u00e1s. Esta congregaci\u00f3n de food trucks, ya de manera muy recurrente, genera en el consumidor una facilidad para acercarse y conocer propuestas que, de otro modo, no habr\u00eda podido encontrar.
