Lo repiten en presentaciones, campa\u00f1as y manifiestos. El riesgo es una <strong data-start=\"1337\" data-end=\"1362\">inflaci\u00f3n de palabras<\/strong>: valores grandilocuentes que conviven con experiencias fragmentadas.<\/p><p data-start=\"1435\" data-end=\"1712\">Una marca puede afirmar que \u201csimplifica la vida de las personas\u201d y, al mismo tiempo, pedir tres veces el mismo dato en formularios distintos; hablar de \u201ccalidad\u201d mientras publica im\u00e1genes desparejas; prometer \u201cacompa\u00f1amiento\u201d con respuestas autom\u00e1ticas que no resuelven nada.<\/p><p data-start=\"1714\" data-end=\"1945\">No se trata de mala fe. Ocurre porque el prop\u00f3sito <strong data-start=\"1765\" data-end=\"1831\">queda en la capa estrat\u00e9gica y no baja como criterio operativo<\/strong>: a la redacci\u00f3n de un titular, al dise\u00f1o de una p\u00e1gina, a la preparaci\u00f3n de una imagen o al tono de un mensaje.<\/p><p data-start=\"1947\" data-end=\"2050\">El resultado es predecible: el cliente siente entusiasmo en la Aun as\u00ed, las conversiones bailan.<\/p><p data-start=\"2883\" data-end=\"3089\">Al revisar con calma, aparecen fisuras: fotograf\u00edas con fondos distintos, escalas cambiantes entre productos, tonalidades que no coinciden. Nada \u201cgrave\u201d, pero suficiente para que el conjunto pierda rigor.<\/p><p data-start=\"3091\" data-end=\"3413\">Se corrigen los textos, se ajusta la navegaci\u00f3n, se mejora la velocidad\u2026 y, por fin, se mira lo obvio: la capa visual.<br data-start=\"3209\" data-end=\"3212\" \/>Cuando el cat\u00e1logo se normaliza \u2014encuadres consistentes, fondo controlado, contraste equilibrado\u2014 la percepci\u00f3n sube sin necesidad de anunciarlo. El prop\u00f3sito de \u201cdise\u00f1o honesto\u201d empieza a <strong data-start=\"3401\" data-end=\"3410\">verse<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"3415\" data-end=\"3756\">M\u00e1s que un gran proyecto creativo, hace falta un h\u00e1bito: un est\u00e1ndar que cualquier persona del equipo pueda aplicar en minutos. Cuando la producci\u00f3n no pasa por un dise\u00f1ador, una soluci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica es <strong data-start=\"3615\" data-end=\"3687\">preparar im\u00e1genes para web de forma coherente y sin fricci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica<\/strong>, usando herramientas accesibles que mantengan consistencia visual.<\/p><p data-start=\"3415\" data-end=\"3756\">Cuando la producci\u00f3n no puede pasar por un dise\u00f1ador, una soluci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica es preparar las im\u00e1genes para web quitando distracciones y unificando presentaciones; hacerlo de forma r\u00e1pida y sin fricci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica es viable con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canva.com\/es_mx\/funciones\/quitar-fondo\/\">esta herramienta de Canva<\/a>.
