{"id":635,"date":"2015-12-21T13:07:50","date_gmt":"2015-12-21T19:07:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.latamdigitalmarketing.com\/?p=635"},"modified":"2025-03-19T21:50:55","modified_gmt":"2025-03-19T21:50:55","slug":"companias-tecnologicas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.latamdigitalmarketing.com\/blog\/companias-tecnologicas\/","title":{"rendered":"La ca\u00edda del Unicornio en las Compa\u00f1\u00edas Tecnol\u00f3gicas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde San Francisco la firma <em>Francisco Partners<\/em> publico recientemente un an\u00e1lisis revelador y de muy buen gusto que nos sorprende a todos sobre el futuro que espera a las inversiones en empresas tecnol\u00f3gicas.\u00a0Gracias al estudio elaborado por <em>Francisco Partners <\/em>tenemos una visi\u00f3n actual donde pesimistas y optimistas tienen\u00a0 cavidad sobre la valuaci\u00f3n financiera de las compa\u00f1\u00edas tecnol\u00f3gicas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las malas noticias, las 15 compa\u00f1\u00edas tecnol\u00f3gicas que mejor capitalizaban en el 2000 han sido castigadas \u2013perdiendo cerca de $1.35 trillones de d\u00f3lares, cerca del 60% de su mercado-. Solo una ha sido la que sigue capitalizando en el mercado mejor que en el a\u00f1o 200, Microsoft.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Haciendo un comparativo entre el a\u00f1o 2000 y 2015 empresas como Cisco contaba con un mercado de $403 billones de USD cayendo a los $144 billones de USD, Intel de los $288 billones a los $161 billones y EMC\u00b4s de los $218 billones a los $51 billones. El caso de Nortel que en el 2000 cotizaba en el mercado por $209 billones de USD y para 2015 fue declarada en bancarrota.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Algunos profesionales alegan que el declive se debe a los costos accesibles de las computadoras, el incremento del software de c\u00f3digo abierto, la adquisici\u00f3n de la nube, y el mercado emergente de data-centers donde compa\u00f1\u00edas como Google, Facebook o Amazon desarrollan sus dise\u00f1os para crecer sus objetivos.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>El Unicornio Rentable brilla para todas las Compa\u00f1\u00edas\u00a0Tecnol\u00f3gicas\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">15 Compa\u00f1\u00edas que en el a\u00f1o 2000 ten\u00edan un valor por debajo de los $10 billones se encuentran hoy dentro del Top 50 de las compa\u00f1\u00edas tecnol\u00f3gicas con mejores tasas de capitalizaci\u00f3n en el mercado, combinadas estas compa\u00f1\u00edas suman $2.1 trillones de solares \u2013compa\u00f1\u00edas como Amazon, Apple eran valoradas en $6 billones, hoy en d\u00eda se encuentran por los $659 billones-.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gran cantidad de las compa\u00f1\u00edas tecnol\u00f3gicas que mejor cotizan en el a\u00f1o 2000 ni siquiera exist\u00edan. Compa\u00f1\u00edas tecnol\u00f3gicas como Facebook, LinkedIn y Twitter tienen tan solo 33 a\u00f1os de experiencia en conjunto. Inclusive Google y SalesForce ten\u00edan una presencia m\u00ednima en el 2000, estas compa\u00f1\u00edas tienen un valor combinado de $850 billones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Compa\u00f1\u00edas como Alibaba, Tencent y Baidu -4to 5to y 6to lugar en las compa\u00f1\u00edas tecnol\u00f3gicas m\u00e1s rentables del a\u00f1o- tienen un valor de $409 billones, ejemplo claro de c\u00f3mo es que China ha progresado en tan solo una d\u00e9cada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un mensaje para los emprendedores de parte del <em>Unicornio Rentable<\/em> casi todas la compa\u00f1\u00edas tecnol\u00f3gicas que hoy lideran el mercado requirieron de grandes inversiones. Google, por ejemplo, consumi\u00f3 cerca de $8 millones de USD antes de ser rentable. Tal vez esto significa que una nueva clase de compa\u00f1\u00eda est\u00e1 de moda \u2013una especie poco conocida pero alabada por todos, los Unicornios Rentables-.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
