Un Plan de Marketing es aquel que acompa\u00f1ar\u00e1 los proyectos de principio a fin a todos los individuos relacionados con la estrategia digital.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b><i>Los 3 puntos clave dentro de tu Plan de Marketing<\/i><\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0Prepondera Objetivos, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">estos pueden ser a modo de pregunta y tienen que ser reales. Se busca su alcance en un periodo corto de tiempo, tienen que ser plenamente asequibles y sobre todo todas las pr\u00e1cticas dentro de un proyecto tienen que direccionar a estos. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 Establecer una direcci\u00f3n, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">se debe de conocer plenamente el proceso y los medios para obtener resultados, optimizar el proceso para alcanzar el objetivo con ayuda de las TI\u2019s, la aplicaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas para Medio Digitales, la comunicaci\u00f3n interna, la localizaci\u00f3n y comprensi\u00f3n de errores en los procesos y la identificaci\u00f3n de oportunidades, son algunas de las directrices m\u00e1s importantes para asegurarnos que nuestra estrategia apunta de manera correcta hacia nuestros objetivos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 Delimitar Actividades,<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> elegir las plataformas de trabajo, identificar los recursos y sus alcances y las fases dentro de cada actividad es obligatorio, cada proceso requiere de tiempo y recurso, ubicar plenamente estos y usarlos de manera adecuada es primordial. Las actualizaciones sobre este punto en tu Plan de Marketing no son necesarias cuando delimitas alcances y actividades de manera correcta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las actualizaciones a tu Plan de Marketing pueden ser espor\u00e1dicas, y no necesariamente radicales, insertar las actualizaciones a manera de comentarios siempre es una buena opci\u00f3n, sobre todo si tu proceso de comunicaci\u00f3n es muy complejo o inamovible.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A manera que el tiempo pasa, las herramientas se actualizan y el proceso cambia.
