Enfocada en la creaci\u00f3n de nuevos y m\u00faltiples formatos estrat\u00e9gicamente colocados en una detallada segmentaci\u00f3n de audiencias, logrando estabilizar el CPA y aportar a la rentabilidad del negocio: OTT Marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un a\u00f1o diferente pero lleno de oportunidades <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si hablamos de los cambios tan dr\u00e1sticos que sucedieron en el 2020, podemos hablar de lo dif\u00edcil que fue para muchas marcas poder darle la vuelta a un escenario incierto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No fue el caso para blim tv, el crecimiento de las plataformas VOD tuvo una aceleraci\u00f3n importante y prueba de ello fueron los lanzamientos que ocurrieron por parte de la competencia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta plataforma pensada y hecha 100% para los hispanos se encontraba en un momento de crecimiento pero no como se ten\u00eda esperado. El contenido estaba pero hab\u00eda que enfocarlo con la audiencia correcta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El unicornio en potencia y su estrategia SVOD<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En LDM, como parte de nuestra metodolog\u00eda, logramos conectar los puntos de cada elemento del ecosistema de nuestro cliente. Analizamos cada recurso que podr\u00eda representar una oportunidad para poder adquirir nuevos registros y mantener a toda la comunidad activa ante un mercado cada vez m\u00e1s competitivo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Deportes, novelas, pel\u00edculas y contenido infantil<\/em>. Por medio de un an\u00e1lisis profundo Data Driven se detectaron estos intereses espec\u00edficos que el cliente a\u00fan no aprovechaba al m\u00e1ximo y se plante\u00f3 esta categorizaci\u00f3n para comenzar con la microsegmentaci\u00f3n \u00f3ptima de las audiencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfEl reto principal?
